To The Meme ("we," "us," or "our") provides cryptocurrency trading signals, market analysis, and related information primarily for meme coins on various blockchains, including Solana. These signals and information are delivered via a Telegram bot (the "Service"). The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Access to the Service is primarily managed through the Telegram platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Telegram account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Telegram account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
The Service offers various subscription tiers, including a free tier and paid tiers ("Shill Scout," "Alpha Hunter," "Meme Lord"). Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis in Solana (SOL). Payment amounts for each tier are specified within the Telegram bot and on our main website.
To subscribe to a paid tier, you must send the specified amount of SOL to the wallet address provided by our Telegram bot. The bot will automatically detect your payment and assign the highest eligible tier based on the amount received. You must then use the `/confirm_payment` command in the bot to activate your subscription.
Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. Both monthly and yearly subscriptions are for the fixed term paid for. You will be notified via the Telegram bot before your subscription period ends with instructions on how to manually renew your subscription if you wish to continue service.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by ceasing payment or through commands available in the Telegram bot, if applicable. Access to the paid features of the Service will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.
NO REFUNDS: All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
